The Tri-State Railway Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Morristown, New Jersey and dedicated to the preservation of New Jersey's regional railroad history. The group owns the Rahway Valley Railroad 70-tonners.
Operated by the National Park Service, the Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, Pennsylvania preserves the United States's steam railroading heritage. The park owns the last Rahway Valley steam locomotive, No. 15.
