There was a coal platform measuring 44’ x 13’ noted in 1918, it was built in 1914.

There was an oil house measuring 12’ x 10’ x 8’ noted in 1918. It was built in the 1890s. It was replaced in 1931 by a new structure that measured 26’ x 10’.

There was a sand bin noted in 1918, it was built in 1913.

There was a section house measuring 18’ x 11’ 6” x 7’ 10” to the eaves and 10’ to the peak. It was built in 1903 and was noted in 1918.

The freight office at Unionbury, which had previously served as the Doty depot, was moved to Kenilworth in 1931 and utilized as storage until it was later demolished.
